Once your order is placed and payment is received, it enters our production line immediately. As all orders are custom-made, refunds cannot be issued for changes or cancellations after the order is placed. If you have any concerns, please contact us before placing your order. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery timeframe meets their requirements.

Your content (excluding credit card information) may be transmitted unencrypted and may involve transfers over various networks or adjustments to meet technical requirements of connecting devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during network transfers.

All prices are in £ Sterling and exclude VAT (children’s clothing is VAT-exempt). For orders outside the EU, local import taxes may apply, for which Little Bonds of Gold is not responsible.
