How long will my delivery take?
For personalised items, due to high demand, delivery typically takes 2-3 weeks. However, your order may be ready sooner.

Non-personalised products are usually dispatched the next working day.

Can I return an item or cancel my order?
Yes, if you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please contact us promptly to arrange this.

 

How do pre-orders work?
Pre-order items have longer dispatch times than regular items. While we strive to provide accurate dispatch dates, these may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any changes.
